Golden Age

The Golden Age is a riff on the classic Brown Derby cocktail. Bright and robust with hints of spice and saline. This cocktail is a great way to enjoy the Spring season here in the Valley. We used our Grapefruit Fleur de Sel along with a splash of Spiced Honey and Orange Sunshine bitters to pay homage to this truly iconic cocktail.

Golden Age

• 2oz Rye Whiskey or Bourbon of your choice
• 1oz Iconic Grapefruit Fleur de Sel
• 1/2oz Iconic Spiced Honey
• 2-3 Dashes AZBL Orange Sunshine Bitters

-Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.
-Shake vigorously to combine.
-Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.
-Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
