This is a playful tiki cocktail paying homage to Tequila’s hometown, Jalisco. It drinks like a margarita but it’s served up in a chilled coupe. This tequila cocktail is delicate, bright, and beautiful.

West of Jalisco

• 1.5oz Blanco Tequila or Mezcal
• .75oz Iconic Prickly Pear Sour
• .5oz Sunshine Sour
• .75oz Pineapple Juice
• .25oz Luxardo Maraschino

-Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
-Shake and fine strain into a chilled coupe
-Garnish with dehydrated pineapple wheel
