This is a southwest inspired Tom Collins borrowing its name from the first Scottsman to become a Mexican Citizen. A spicy, sweet combination of jalapeño and Iconic Watermelon Rose Tonic, this Tom Collins is a perfect summer treat.

• 1.5oz Gin
• 1.5oz Iconic Watermelon Rose Tonic
• .5oz lime juice
• Half of a jalapeño

-Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice
-Shake with ice and pour into a glass with fresh ice
-Garnish with a watermelon ball and basil leaf
