Late September, we spent the evening with our friends at CaskWerks Distilling Co. hosting a bar takeover featuring their spirits. John is a master of making smooth and inspired spirits including a double gold winning Tea Infused Gin.

Tea Time

• 1.5 oz Tea Infused Gin
• 1 oz Lime Leaf Tonic
• 2 oz Grapefruit Juice

-Combine all and shake with ice.
-Strain into a short glass with fresh ice.
-Garnish with a grapefruit
