If you’re craving a summer vacation, this Piña Colada is for you. Instead of using pineapple, we’re subbing in Prickly Pear Sour and Lavender Flower for a unique twist. Blend up the ingredients and add the Prickly Pear Sour last to color your cocktail. This frosty and refreshing cocktail is exactly what you want to sip on this summer.
Sandia Colada
Makes 4
- ½ cup of Rum
- ¾ cup of coconut cream or Coco Lopez
- 4 cups of ice
- 4oz of Prickly Pear Sour
- 4oz of Lavender Flower
-Combine all but the Prickly Pear Sour in a blender
-Blend until smooth and pour into 4 tropical glasses
-Add 1oz of Prickly Pear Sour to each and garnish with dried rose
