• 1oz seltzer
• 2oz Grapefruit Fleur de Sel

-Fill a wine glass with ice, 1oz of seltzer, and 3oz of sparkline wine
- Add 2oz of Grapefruit Fleur de Sel
- Garnish with a grapefruit peel
