Paloma Picoso

• 2 oz Tequila or Mezcal
• 1/2 oz Iconic Spiced Honey
• 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• Top with club soda

-Add all ingredients except soda in a shaker.
-Muddle 1 slice of fresh jalapeño (more if you like it really spicy).
-Add ice, shake, fine strain and top with club soda.
