A riff on the classic Jungle Bird made with an Icoinc twist. The Scarlet Tanager is a bird known for it's love of strawberries. You'll love the way fresh strawberries and desert sage sing when combined with the subtle bitter orange notes if Aperol.

Scarlet Tanager
  • 2oz Silver Rum
  • 1oz Pineapple juice
  • 1oz Strawberry Sage
  • .5oz Aperol
  • .5oz lemon juice
-Combine all the ingredients into a shaker with ice
-Shake vigorously to combine 
-Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice
-Garnish with a fresh pineapple chunk
