A take on the classic Lemon Drop made with our winter seasonal, Meyer Lemon Balm. By adding an egg white, we take this cocktail to the next level. Light and frothy paired with citrusy Meyer lemon is the way to go. 
Meyer Lemon Drop
-Combine all in a shaker and shake vigorously without ice.
-Add ice and shake again.
-Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
