Our signature cocktail for Grapefruit Fleur de Sel. Using a smokey whiskey or a Mezcal is a great way to pair the lightly salted grapefruit mixer for a unique take on the Paloma. 
Fumé
  • 2oz Smoked Whiskey or Mezcal
  • 1oz Grapefruit Fleur de Sel
  • 1/2oz Lime Juice
-Combine all in a glass with ice and a splash of sparkling water.
-Garnished with a Grapefruit twist and sprig of rosemary.
