Fey's Summer

• 1.5 oz @thumbbuttedistillery Gurley Street Gin
• ½ oz @stgeorgespirits Absinthe
• 1oz Iconic Lime Leaf Tonic
• 1/2oz Lime Juice

-In a shaker combine gin, Lime Leaf Tonic, lime juice, and ice.
-Shake to combine.
-Fine strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and a splash of sparkling water.
