Cucumber Grapefruit Ginga Ale

A great non-alcoholic recipe featuring Iconic Ginga Syrup that is perfect to replace typically sugary ginger-ales. 
  • 2oz of Cucumber juice

  • 1oz Iconic Ginga Syrup

  • 1/2oz Iconic Grapefruit Fleur de Sel

  • 1/2oz lime juice

  • 4oz Sparkling water

-For ultra fresh juice, peel your cucumber before juicing. Use about ½ of the cucumber to yield enough for the mocktail.

-Combine all in a tall glass with ice

-Garnish with a grapefruit wedge
