Named after the chemical compound that makes the saffron flower glow bright red in water, this cocktail is nothing artificial. Made with Saffron Peach Sour and Strega, this session cocktail celebrates the exotic saffron ingredient.

Crocin the Orchard

• 1 ½ oz Iconic Saffron Peach Sour
• 1 oz Strega
• ½ oz Lemon Juice
• Top with splash of seltzer

-Combine all but seltzer into a shaker with ice
-Shake vigorously
-Strain into a chilled martini glass and finish with seltzer and lemon twist
