Made with Saffron Peach Sour and Strega, this session cocktail celebrates the exotic saffron ingredient. Crocin the Orchard

• 1 ½ oz Iconic Saffron Peach Sour
• 1 oz Strega
• ½ oz Lemon Juice
• Top with splash of seltzer

-Combine all but seltzer into a shaker with ice 
-Shake vigorously 
-Strain into a chilled martini glass and finish with seltzer and lemon twist
