Named after the stawberry-marshmallow candy this whiskey sour is less candy and more WOW. Perfect for those Spring/Summer days that seem to last just a bit longer, in the best ways.
- 2 oz Bourbon of your choice
- 2 oz Strawberry Sage
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg-white (or 1oz of aquafaba)
- Garnish - Strawberrys and Sage
-Combine all but the garnish in a mixing glass with ice
- Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds
- Double strain into a rocks glass with no ice. Let settle for 30 - 90 seconds then garnish with strawberry and sage.
