Calumet

• 1.5 oz. Vodka
• 1.5 oz. Saffron Peach Sour
• ½ oz. Cascara Vanilla
• ½ oz. Aperol
• ½ oz. lemon juice

-Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake without ice
-Pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass
-Garnish with a dehydrated citrus wheel
