Cactus Wren

The Cactus Wren is Iconic Cocktail's signature cocktail. It's bright, citrusy, and includes two of our most popular mixers. Combine with your choice of light spirit (although I prefer the agave spirits) for a truly Iconic cocktail. 

• 2oz Tequila or Mezcal
• 1oz Grapefruit Fleur de Sel⁣
• 1/2oz Lime Juice⁣
• Drizzle of Prickly Pear Sour
• 1-2oz of sparkling water

-Add everything but the Prickly Pear Sour and sparkling water in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake to combine.

-Rim a galss with sea salt, fill with ice, and strain mixture into your glass.

-Add sparkling water leaving room for the drizzle of Prickly Pear Sour

-Drizzle Prickly Pear Sour (1-2oz) 

-Garnish with limes and grapefruit if you like!
