For this cocktail, we’re featuring Sonoita Vineyards Sparkling Brut that we picked up at Sphinx Date Ranch in Scottsdale. Crisp, bubbly and fruity freshness pairs perfectly with Shrubwell's Plum Date Rosemary Shrub. We added a hint of sweetness with our Cascara Vanilla making this cocktail is perfect for any celebration.

Brass Bubbles

• 4oz Sonoita Vineyards Sparkling Brut 

• 1.5oz Iconic Cascara Vanilla
• .5oz Shrubwell Plum Date Rosemary Shrub 
• Rosemary sprigs 
• Plum Slices

-Combine all in a wine glass with ice 
-Stir gently to combine 
-Garnish with rosemary and plum
