Crisp, bubbly and fruity freshness pairs perfectly with Shrubwell's Plum Date Rosemary Shrub. We added a hint of sweetness with our Cascara Vanilla making this cocktail is perfect for any celebration.

Brass Bubbles

• 4oz Sonoita Vineyards Sparkling Brut

• 1.5oz Iconic Cascara Vanilla
• .5oz Shrubwell Plum Date Rosemary Shrub
• Rosemary sprigs
• Plum Slices

-Combine all in a wine glass with ice
