A special cocktail we shared with friends on New Years to welcome 2018 (the year of Ultraviolet)! But can be enjoyed at any time!

Blue Christmas

• 1.5oz. Gin
• 1.5oz. Blue Curacao (we shared how to make homemade Curacao on the blog!)
• 1oz. Iconic Meyer Lemon Balm
• 1/2oz. Lemon Juice
• 2-3 dashes of Orange bitters

-Combine all in a shaker and shake with ice.
-Strain into a chilled coup.
-Clink glasses and cheers to the New Year!
