For this recipe, we are adding Prickly Pear Sour to tropical pineapple juice to get a burst of flavor (and color!) If you have a parasol pick, this Free Spirit Cocktail deserves it. 
Barbaries
-Fill a tall glass with ice and sparkling water (or sparkling wine) 
-Add pineapple juice 
-Top with Prickly Pear Sour
