Zested peel and fresh juice are complemented with the herbal lemon balm. We’re using this flavor to create a simple sour with Seedlip Garden 108 and a sprig of rosemary. Altogether, this spirit-free cocktail is like a stroll in the orchard. 

A Stroll in the Orchard 

• 2oz Seedlip Garden 108 
• 2oz Iconic Meyer Lemon Balm  

-Combine in a shaker with ice 
-Shake until chilled 
-Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a rosemary sprig
