Thai Me Up

Did you catch that one time we went live to share some cocktail recipes because the whole world got canceled? You didn't? Well, check it out here if you want! If not, this Thai Me Up is a lovely cocktail to make at home! 

Thai Me Up

• 2oz AZ Distilling Commerce Gin
• 1oz Iconic Lime Leaf Tonic 
• .5oz Pineapple juice
• 2oz seltzer 
• 2 drops of AZBL Mi Casa bitters 
• Mint sprig 

-Combine all but the seltzer in a shaker with ice
-Shake to combine 
-Fill a Collins glass with fresh ice 
-Add a seltzer first and pour contents from shaker on top 
-Garnish with bitters and mint
