Sonora Sour
  • 1.5oz Vodka⁣
  • 1oz Prickly Pear Sour⁣
  • 1oz Lemon Juice⁣
  • 1 Egg White⁣
  • Cherry Bitters⁣ 

    -Combine ingredients in a shaker without ice and shake vigorously⁣.
    -Add ice and shake again.
    -Strain into a chilled coupe over a cone strainer.
    -Garnish with cherry bitters.
