Inspired by Brazil’s national drink, this Caipirinha is made with Cachaca, fresh lime, and Iconic Prickly Pear Sour for a little extra color. It's bold and earthy with tart citrus and strawberry-like prickly pear nectar. Use a citrus rimmer to get the most from your citrus!
Prickly Pear Caipirinha
- 2oz Cachaca
- 1oz Iconic Prickly Pear Sour
- 1 Whole lime
- Pebble ice
-Cut you lime in half and use a citrus rimmer to juice one half into a rocks glass
-Add Prickly Pear Sour, Cachaca, and pebble ice. Stir to combine
-Squeeze drop the second half of the lime to garnish your cocktail
