Over the Fence - Strawberry Mojito

Nothing quite like a proper Mojito made even better with Icoinc Strawberry Sage. Skip the Rum for an equally satisfying Zero-proof cocktail!

Scarlet Tanager

• 2oz Silver Rum
• 1.5oz Strawberry Sage
• .5oz Lime Leaf Tonic
• .5oz lime juice
• 4-6 mint leavs, 1 mint sprig
• 2oz Seltzer

-Combine all the ingredients (except seltzer and mint sprig) into a shaker with ice
-Shake to combine 
-Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice and 2oz of seltzer

-Garnish with mint sprig and strawberries (pro tip, clap the mint in your hands and rub the glass and rim before garnishing)
