We learned the proper way to enjoy Mezcal from our friends Mezcal Carreno. Under a dreamy lit patio, Abel and Ivan hosted Mezcal Monday and walked us through their line of artisan Mezcal, complete with fresh oranges, Sal de Gusano, and Chapulines. We were fully inspired by this experience when creating this little sipper.


-Rim a copita with Sal de Gusano 

-Add Mezcal and Bitter Orange Tonic and stir to combine 

-Serve neat with orange slice on the side
