2oz AzBzS Knob Creek Single Barrel Select Rye (or Whiskey/Bourbon of choice)
-Combine ingredients into a mixing glass with ice -Stir to combine -Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass -Garnish with a lime wheel (Elephant Ear garnish optional)
