To be honest, I attempted a Cold Foam and was wildly unsuccessful but that's the joy in R&D. So, I'm trusting my sweet friend, Audria from the Flower Bungalow with her recipe! Just add a little Mesquite Date or Spiced Honey and this Cold Foam will be a treat. Check on her post to see how it's done! 

MESQUITE DATE COLD FOAM

•1 cup cream
•1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
•2 tbsp pumpkin purée, Mesquite Date, or Spiced Honey 
•2 tsp vanilla
•Pumpkin pie spice to taste

Shake or stir, pour some in a blender as you need it, and blend that creamy coffee house goodness right in your own kitchen! Store the rest for up to a week in the fridge.
