Lovely Day, Isn't It?

• 1.5 oz Gin
• 1.0 oz Lavender Flower
• 0.50 oz Orange Blossom Tonic
• 0.25 oz Lemon Juice
• 2.0 oz Plain Seltzer

-Fill a rocks glass with ice and and 2 oz of plain seltzer
-Combine the rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously
-Top the seltzer with the mixture, garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel or orange peel.
