Typically used in Thai cooking, the makrut lime leaf is similar to lemongrass or mint. Once you taste it with a nice botanical gin, you'll never forget the distinctive flavor.

Gin & Tonic

• 3/4oz gin (90 proof)
• 1/2oz Lime Leaf Tonic
• 1/4oz lime juice
• 4oz sparkling water

-Combine all with ice in a tall glass
-Garnish with a lime wedge
