Fish House Punch

• 1 oz Dark Rum
• 1 oz Brandy
• 3/4 oz Meyer Lemon Balm
• 3/4 oz Orange Blossom Tonic
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• Lime Wheel & Maraschino Cherry

Batched

• 8 oz Dark Rum
• 8 oz Brandy
• 6 oz Meyer Lemon Balm
• 6 oz Orange Blossom Tonic
• 4 oz Lime Juice

- Combine all ingredients except for the lime wheel and cherry in a shaker (or pitcher if you're batching)
- shake with no ice
- Serve in a rocks glass with ice and lime and cherry garnish.
- Keep your ice on the side and serve when you pour your drink!
