A reimagined "Mimosa", Black Knight Butterfly is named after a fragrant flowering shrub with deep purple flowers. The color of the blooms match the color of the Pakistan Mulberry used to make our beautiful Mulberry Rose!

• 4 oz Sparkling Water or Seltzer
  
• 1.5 oz Mulberry Rose
• 0.25 oz Orange Blossom Tonic

-Combine all ingredients in a champagne flute
-Stir gently to combine
