This demon of a cocktail definitely has the heat with the rehydrated chile de Arbol but Prickly Pear Sour cools it all down. This balanced cocktail is sweet from strawberry-like cactus fruit, hot from the chili, and spicy from the ginger. All mixed together with tequila, this cocktail drinks like a Spicy Margarita.
Beelzebub
- 1.5oz Tequila or Mezcal
- 1oz Prickly Pear Sour
- 1⁄2oz Ginga Syrup
- .5oz lime juice
- 1-2 chile de Arbol
- 3oz sparkling water
-Strain into a short glass with ice and sparkling water
-garnish with a lime wheel
