We grabbed our hand blown glasses from local Arizona artist, Mike Butzine, for this one. This dark and moody cocktail is exactly what we’ll be drinking all season, especially on Halloween. Crushed Cardamom Thyme Sugar pairs with Tea Infused Gin and you can’t go wrong with our seasonal Cranberry Thyme.
-Make the Cardamom Thyme Sugar by crushing 5 cardamom pod into a bowl, removing the husks. Remove thyme from sprigs. Using a muddler, break down cardamom and thyme. Add Sugar. -Lightly rim half of a glass with water or citrus wedge. Roll glass into the Cardamom Thyme Sugar -Add ice, sparkling water, gin, and Cranberry Thyme to the glass and stir gently to combine
