Apple Betty (makes 8 servings)
-Set the butter out to soften
-In a medium saucepan combine the remaining ingredients
-Warm without boiling (about 120 degrees)
-Add the butter and whisk vigorously to combine
-Carefully strain the hot mixture into a heat-safe mug or cup
-Garnish with a dehydrated apple slice
