The classic Aviation calls for Crème de Violet. Replace this liquor with Iconic Mulberry Rose for an Iconic twist.

Rose Aviation

• 2oz gin
• 1oz Iconic Mulberry Rose
• 1/2oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur 
• 1/2oz lemon juice
• Luxardo cherry 

-Combine all and shake with ice 
-Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a Luxardo cherry
