Moonlight Swizzle

Made with Mezcal Naran (meaning moonlight), this swizzle is refreshing yet satisfyingly smokey. Use lots of pebble ice and a swizzle stick (or just bar spoon) to make this cocktail extra chilled. 

Moonlight Swizzle 

• 2oz Mezcal Naran or Tequila
• 2oz Iconic Prickly Pear Sour
• 1/2oz Lavender Flower
• Pebble ice 

-Fill a tall glass halfway with pebble ice. Add Prickly Pear Sour and Mezcal 
-Using a swizzle stick (or just a bar spoon), vigorously stir until the cocktail is slightly diluted and the glass is frosted
-Top with more pebble ice and garnish with a mint leaf
