Mistletoe Shrub

• 2oz Iconic Cranberry Thyme 
• 1/4oz Apple Cider Vinegar 
• 2oz sparkling water

-Combine all in a glass with ice 
-Stir gently to combine
-Garnish with a sprig of thyme
