Springtime Popsicles Perfect for Kids (and Parents)

Springtime Popsicles Perfect for Kids (and Parents)

This spring, we plan on spending a lot of time on our patios and backyards to drink up the beautiful spring weather. As the temps rise, a perfect go-to treat is a popsicle!

You can use any one of our Iconic mixers as an alternative to sugary syrups. Just add 2oz of Iconic Mixer to one cup of water and divide it into any popsicle mold. You’re just a freeze away from having an all-natural, low sugar, and super tasty frozen treat. Some of our favorite flavor combos are:

Just like your cocktails, we encourage you to get creative with some popsicles during this spring and summer! We’re sharing how to make a real crowd-pleaser: the Grapefruit Nah-Loma Pop. This NA pop recipe is perfect for kids and parents, make it a true Paloma by adding your pop to tequila!

Our Grapefruit Fleur de Sel is made with Arizona grown organic ruby red grapefruits. We hand zest and juice to get the most flavor from this fruit. It’s made low in sugar so the bright grapefruit becomes the star. Inspired by the Paloma, we add hand-harvested fleur de sel from our friends at See Salt Taste for this iconic combination. With or without spirit, this mixer shines this time of year.

And in pop form?! You can’t lose. As we tested out our own pops, we realized that the salt makes it more difficult to freeze but have no fear. Follow this recipe and you should be good to go!

Now, let’s talk about popsicle makers. For this, we used the Triple Quick Pop Maker from Zoku and boy, was it fun to use. Fast, easy, and efficient. But you can really use any sort of pop molds or ice trays. I recommend sticking to the ratio in the recipe below to make sure you get a good freeze!
