Iconic Cocktail Co: Let’s make shots!
We deserve that. While we love crafting sippable cocktails, sometimes you just need a shot. And we’re making them classy with these three incredibly simple flavor combos. Designed specifically for spring and Cinco de Mayo, add these shooters to your repertoire and learn some tips for making quality party shots.
Use one kind of a quality spirit and create a ‘flight’ of shooters.
This will ensure you’re not mixing a bunch of spirits. Be intentional with your flavor pairings so you can create an experience that highlights your ingredients. For this spring spread of party shots, we were inspired by Ana Maria's floral tequila so we choose flavors to complement the spirit. So if you shoot it or sip it, it will be a consistent and intentional blend of flavors
Skip literally all of the other flavored liqueurs and BS. Stick with a low-sugar, all natural drink mixers like Iconic Cocktail Co.
Much like the first step, we want to remove unnecessary ingredients. You do need them when you are already stocking your bar with Iconic Mixers. Iconic Mixers are made with real ingredients and they highlight the flavor of fresh fruits without adding buckets of sugar. Mixers like Mulberry Rose or Orange Blossom Tonic are quality flavor concentrates that you can pair with any spirits.
Intentional preparation is key. Measure your ingredients and properly shake to create the perfect party shot.
For a shot, we recommend a one to one ratio of spirit and mixer. Mix 1 ounce of your spirit with 1 ounce of mixer. Shake it up with an ample amount of ice to chill it down and provide dilution to ensure it tastes like *perfection*

Floral Flight of Party Shots
- 3oz of Ana Maria Tequila (separated)
- 1oz of Iconic Mulberry Rose
- 1oz of Iconic Orange Blossom Tonic
- 1oz of Iconic Lime Leaf Tonic
-In a shaker, add one ounce of tequila with one ounce of Iconic Mixer
-Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
-Stain into a shot glass
-Repeat with different Iconic Mixers but the same spirit
