Use an artisan liqueur to bump up the spice.
Strega is a symphony of botanicals and herbs making it a complex (yet approachable) liqueur to add to cocktails. It’s full of spices like saffron, juniper, and mint. Grab a bottle of this liqueur to create the Hellfire cocktail with Ginga Syrup and fresh jalapeños.
Hellfire
- 2oz vodka
- .5 oz Strega
- 1.5 oz Iconic Ginga Syrup
- .75 oz lemon juice
- 6-8 slices of jalapeño
-Add rest to shaker and shake with ice
-Strain into glass with sparkling water and garnish with remaining jalapeño
Devilish heat extinguished with Prickly Pear Sour
This demon of a cocktail definitely has the heat with the rehydrated Chile de Arbol but Prickly Pear Sour cools it all down. This balanced cocktail is sweet from strawberry-like cactus fruit, hot from the chili, and spicy from ginger. All mixed together with tequila, this cocktail drinks like a Spicy Margarita.
Beelzebub
- 1.5oz tequila
- 1oz Iconic Prickly Pear Sour
- 1⁄2oz Iconic Ginga Syrup
- .5oz lime juice
- 1-2 chile de arbol
- 3oz sparkling water
-Strain into a short glass with ice and sparkling water and garnish with lime wheel
A sweet spice with juicy watermelon and tangy Tajin
We don’t think there is anything better than a slice of watermelon with a little sprinkle of Tajin. That was until we added some gin to the situation to create this Watermelon Gin Collins. Made with seasonal, Watermelon Rose Tonic, be sure to try this mix before summer is over!
Maneater
- 2oz gin
- 1.5oz Iconic Watermelon Rose Tonic
- 1oz Iconic Ginga Syrup
- .75oz lemon juice
- 10 mint leaves
- Dash of Tajin
-Rim a collins glass with Tajin
-Combine all but half the mint to shaker and dry shake
-Add to a glass with ice, sparkling water, and garnish with mint

We’ve all been there, a night that got a little too spicy. This cider concoction with scotch, Spiced Honey, and Ginga Syrup is a magical blend of liquids perfect for mending. Any self inflicting pain doesn’t stand a chance to this Remedy.
The Remedy
- 6oz dry cider
- .5oz blended scotch
- 1oz Iconic Spiced Honey
- .5oz Iconic Ginga Syrup
- .75oz lemon juice
- 3-4 drops of tabasco
-Combine all but cider in a shaker and dry shake
-Add to a pint glass with ice and top with cider
-Stir gently to combine
