Batched Cocktails for Entertaining

Batched Cocktails for Entertaining

Cross something off your prep list and throw 3-4 ingredients into a punch bowl or pitcher for the easiest batched cocktail you can think of. We’re sharing four punch/pitcher recipes just in time for the holidays!

Our method is simple; 2oz. of spirit, 1oz. of Iconic Mixer, 1/2oz of tart. This ratio can be easily expanded out to make a simple and delicious punch. Think of it this way:

  • 2 c. of spirit
  • 1 c. of Iconic Mixer
  • ½ c. of tart (lemon, lime, grapefruit juice)
  • 2 c. of sparkling water

    Makes 8-10 servings

This is the start of a well balanced cocktail that can be made one time and served to your guests with ice. We encourage you to be creative! Add fresh fruit and herbs for garnish, use tea instead of sparkling water, or replace it with sparkling wine for an extra kick. With your favorite spirit and any one of our mixers, this ratio will create a cocktail that will be sure to impress.

TIPS AND TRICKS

  • To make it non-alcoholic, replace spirit with sparkling water.
  • Taste it. Does it need to be stronger? Sweeter? More tart? Adjust by adding splash of something that’s missing before serving.
  • Serve with ice on the side to avoid the cocktail getting watered down.

We hope you use these recipes to create something special for you and friends and family. This year, come together with loved ones and raise a glass to the season.

Cheers!
