At Iconic Cocktail Co., we celebrate every season with a new flavor. Our Seasonal Schedule of mixers consists of four rotating flavors that feature produce at its peak freshness. This means our Seasonal Mixers are here for just a limited amount of time. Every season, we get as much produce as we possibly can to produce a flavor. Once we wrap up a season, the mixer is retired until the following year. We love this model because it highlights what makes our region of Arizona so special.
As we wrap up summer, we say farewell to Watermelon Rose Tonic. Made with melons from Nogales, this flavor is a quintessential taste of summer. As temperatures begin to drop, we shift to a new seasonal flavor!
Highlights of our summer: discovering a non-alcoholic Aperol, all the Arizona monsoons, and watching Heather Kinkle at work. She’s a food photographer in Phoenix and captures the essence that is Ana María Tequila. We had the pleasure of working with her this past Valentine’s Day (check out the Martyr Margarita right here with Prickly Pear Sour.)
Before summer was over, we definitely wanted to pair Watermelon Rose Tonic with Ana María Tequila. This rosy tequila is finished with Cabernet Sauvignon from the Valle de Guadalupe. Ana María Tequila is a symphony of blossoming violets and fresh berries. These flavors couldn’t be more perfect with our Watermelon Rose Tonic, made with a blend of sweet melon and subtle rose. Together, these two ingredients bring fresh flavors without unnecessary added sugars.
