The flavor comes from the leaves of the Makrut Lime. Paired with a classic tonic recipe of quinine and citric acid, this mixer drinks perfectly with any gin or vodka. Iconic Tonic is a balanced combination of sweet and tart with hints of herbaceous citrus.

Spelled like ninja but with a "G" because it packs punch of ginger root. True to the ginger flavor, it goes well with vodka or whiskey for your favorite mule. Add to soda water for homemade ginger ale. Ginga Syrup is unfiltered with real ginger sediment so shake it up. Made fresh, not too sweet, and just the right amount of burn.

It's five spices: black peppercorn, red pepper flakes, ancho chili, cinnamon, and Szechuan pepper. Each spice hits a different part of your palate making for a warm, rich, honey experience. Made with local Crockett's Valley Honey, it's perfect with bourbon, tequila, rum, coffee, or your favorite tea.

Meyer Lemon BalmMade with Arizona organic Meyer lemons from McClendon’s Farm, this seasonal mixer is sour but uniquely sweet. Paired with locally grown ingredients, Meyer Lemon Balm is citrusy and fresh. Perfect to flavor tea, sparkling water, light or dark spirits.

MADE ONLY IN FEBRUARY FOR ARIZONA'S BIRTHDAY

Prickly Pear Sour pays tribute to when Arizona cacti are in full bloom. Made like a traditional sour, this mixer is bright. The natural flavor of the prickly pear makes for a vibrant drink, whether it be with vodka, tequila, or sparkling water.

Partnered with local AZ business, SEE SALT, this mixer is a special tribute to grapefruit season in sunny AZ. Using hand-harvested Fleur de Sel and local citrus, this seasonal mixer shines with any spirit and makes the perfect Paloma or Margarita.


SUMMER SEASONAL. MADE JUNe/JULY/AUGUST

Sweet and tart, Pichuberry Peach Sour features raw pichuberry juice from Peru. Folded between the layers of candied peach, this sour has a depth of flavor. Designed to be used as a traditional sour, equal parts spirit and mixer will give you the perfect summer cocktail.

Made to send off summer, this seasonal mixer is a balanced blend of sweet melon and subtle rose with notes of bitter quinine. Mix Watermelon Rose Tonic with any light spirit or sparkling water for a right and refreshing cocktail to bid farewell to the heat.

Made with Zak’s cocoa nibs, this mixer has a smooth and velvety body. Hand harvested Fleur de Sel accentuates the robust cocoa.
