The name plays on the fact that Grenadine and Kahlua are not typically given much love on cocktail menus. When we come up with recipes for bar takeover, Matt puts together a first draft that he will R&D on site with the bartenders. This was the bartender’s choice so it definitely had to go on the menu. A combo you might haven’t seen before, but you must try.

- 1.5oz Anejo Tequila
- .75oz Iconic Classic Grenadine
- .5oz Kahula
- 5 dashes of Aromatic bitter
-Shake and fine strain into a chilled coupe
-Garnish with dehydrated pineapple wheel
