Tried this back in April and we're already on our 5th bottle! I don't like my mules super sweet, so I use 1 oz of ginga syrup, 2 oz vodka or whisky, 1/4 lime squeezed, and top with a seltzer. So Good!!
I love me a good mule. What I dont love is feeling gross and having sour patch kid mouth from all the sugar. Enter the ginga syrup! It gives the right amount if tangy-ness but not all the sugar. I also love mixing it with other flavors, or Wild Roots Marionberry vodka!
We love using this for not only mules, but we add a splash to our chicken or green beans instead of having to grate ginger. Also great to splash it in your tea with a wedge if lemon and honey. A wonderful addition to your bar or your kitchen!
I love my mules to be super gingery so I add this to ginger beer. Highly recommend adding the prickly pear sour as well for a prickly pear Moscow mule!
The Ginga Syrup makes the best homemade mule! It has a great fresh taste and isn’t too sweet like ginger beer tends to be. I always keep a bottle in the refrigerator for when friends come over so I can impress them with my new bartending skills. It also pairs well with the Prickly Pear or Watermelon Rose syrup!
Ginga Syrup is the best secret ingredient! Excited for your at-home bartending!
