 Smokey spirits like blended scotch or mezcal take center stage while being perfectly accompanied by sweet peach, tart lemon, and herbal saffron. This is a bold and rich cocktail full of summer flavors. Think of this as a backyard BBQ in cocktail form. Created to honor one of the few scotch cocktails, the Blood & Sand, this is a reimagined tribute to a true classic.

Smoke and Threads

• 3/4oz Scotch/Mezcal
• 3/4oz Sweet Vermouth
• 3/4oz Iconic Saffron Peach Sour
• 3/4oz Grenadine

-Combine all but Classic Grenadine in a shaker with ice and shake
-Fine strain into a chilled coupe
-Using the back of a bar spoon, slowly add the Classic Grenadine to achieve this layered expression⁠
-Garnish with a lemon twist
