  • 2oz Light Rum
  • 1oz Iconic Watermelon Rose Tonic
  • 1/2oz Lime Juice
  • Handful of Mint
-Combine all in a high ball with ice and sparkling water. 
-Clap mint together to express oils.
-Garnish with mint.
