Step 1:Make some cold brew. Do a 4:1 ratio of ground coffee wrapped in a filter and add to cold water. Soak in the fridge for 24 hours. Remove coffee when the strength is to your liking.
Step 2:Make the Cascara Cold Foam. Add 1oz ofIconic Cascara Vanillato about 4oz of 2% milk to a french press. Quickly pump the press to add air to your milk. This will create bubbles and give you a silky foam flavored with familiar vanilla and notes of tart cherry.
Step 3:Build your drink. Add cold brew to a glass with enough room to add the foam. For more bubbles, carefully spoon the foam on top.
Step 4:Garnish your drink with a line of raw sugar.
