Mocktails for Mom on Mother's Day

Mocktails for Mom on Mother's Day

Mom works hard and she deserves a drink...and it doesn’t have to be a cocktail. With our mixers, you can make mom a creative tea mocktail or even a latte with breakfast in bed. We think you should treat her to one on any ol’ day but make sure you have her favorite beverage covered on May 13th!

Spiced Honey Arnold Palmer

MOMMER PALMER

For mother’s day make mom a drink that as beautiful as she is. This batched cocktail will be perfect to make sure her glass is filled all day.

  • 2 cups Black Tea
  • 1/2 cup Iconic Spiced Honey
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup Water

Directions:

Make Spiced Honey Lemonade. Juice 3-6 lemons to get about 4oz of lemon juice (or you can use store-bought. We love the Santa Cruz Pure Lemon Juice) Add lemon juice, Spiced Honey, and water. Stir to combine.

Brew black tea or use store-bought unsweetened tea. Fill a pitcher with ice and lemon slices. Add Spiced Honey Lemonade first then layer tea on top. Serve into glasses with fresh ice

To make one:

  • 4oz Black Tea
  • 1oz Spiced Honey
  • 1oz Lemon Juice
  • 2oz Water

Direction: In a tall glass, combine Spiced Honey, Lemon Juice, and water. Stir to combine. Add ice and lemon slices. Layer Black tea on top.

Salted Cocoa Nib Latte

LOVE YOU A LATTE

Mom needs a pick me up. Use our Salted Cocoa Nib in place of a heavy dense mocha syrup for a morning latte.

  • 4oz Espresso or Black Coffee
  • 1oz Iconic Salted Cocoa Nib
  • 1/2oz Whole Milk or dairy substitute

Directions: Brew espresso or a strong black coffee. Add about 1oz of Salted Cocoa Nib to taste. Top with frothed milk.

To froth milk, add whole milk to a tall container and use an emersion blender or whisk to create bubbles.

We hope you enjoy these coffee and tea mocktails for mom! Do you think she'd want it stronger? Get creative! A little splash of Bailey's would be great in the Love You a Latte. Maybe an ounce of a dark rum in the Mommer Palmer. Either way, make sure you have mom covered on May 13th!

Cheers!
